A number of PRs are "blocked" by gs-metadata failing on GitHub actions environment.
As this is a recent difficulty is it possible to revert changes to restore build stability? Or turn off tests temporarily ... As this is being disruptive I would like to ask if we can fix this (ahead of code sprint on saturday). -- Jody Garnett
