Oh wait - the printing extension was heavily changed. Merged in all the
development done by GeoSolutions since 2016 for GeoNode /MapStore

The good news is GeoServer should now work out of the box for their
printing requirements. Bad news is we need a volunteer from that community
to test.

It is important that we see this work tested and accepted by the GeoNode
community I do not wish to see further duplication of effort.
