The build server is having (or detecting) some problems that the github Actions did not catch...
Some fixes: - https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/7186 - sorry I messed up nightly builds by accidentally renaming all the community plugins - https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/pull/7188 - sphinx-build was having a warning (Markdown vs markdown) I think when these are back ported to 2.24.x the release is unblocked. -- Jody Garnett
