Hi all, in my work on Raster Attribute Table support I've been doing some changes to raster legend generation, to avoid duplicate entries.
The context is this: a RAT matches one pixel value to an entire row of values in the attribute table, so there is a 1-1 relationship between the row itself and the pixel value, not the single column value. This leads to lots of actual repetitions when a color map is generated against a particular column, e.g, see the source institution: Each row is a different pixel value, but as you can see, we have several of them mapping to the Galveston district, all with the same color. In the development I've added a vendor option to eliminate the duplicates but... should it be a vendor option, a "new feature"?
