I think it is picking up the individual name from the GitHub tag
information:

    shows  ianturton
   - 2.21.5 Daniele Romagnoli,
   https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/releases/tag/2.21.5
    shows dromagnoli
   - 2.23.0 Jody Garnett,
   https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/releases/tag/2.23.0
    shows jodygarnett


No updates have been done manually, some kind of job is failing and
producing errors.

We may need to contact zenodo support ....
