Hi Marek I have not tried the plugins that you mentioned but have successfully used COG (Cloud Optimized GeoTIFF) Support - GeoServer 2.23.x User Manual<https://docs.geoserver.org/latest/en/user/community/cog/cog.html?highlight=store> to serve up GeoTIFFs from Azure blob storage (plugin also supports S3).
You might need to convert your files to COGs for this to work but the URL is then just the full location of the file in S3, as per the screenshot in the link above.
