Now is also a great time to upgrade production systems to 2.24.2 (for those using the maintenance 2.23.4 release). The announcement indicates this release address "security considerations". It is always a good practice to stay up to date, and we will publish the details later <https://github.com/geoserver/geoserver/blob/main/SECURITY.md#coordinated-vulnerability-disclosure> when everyone has had a chance to update.
