Hi list, does anyone know of any plans to support the following in Geoserver:
1) have an option on a datastore to have all queries handled case-insensitive (mostly needed for Oracle in my case), irregardless of what the WFS client specifies 2) paging using WFS (basically a backport of the startIndex parameter of WFS 2.0 to WFS 1.1 again mostly needed for Oracle) If not, how much time/effort would it take approximately to have this implemented?
