Well ... I'm sure I can consider my self as geograppher "wannabe" :-)

Bassicaly I want to speed up the rendering process.
My Postgis data is came from a community build Garmin Map.
There is "level" Coloumn in it.
I want to use this values and Geoserver's scale/zoom factor to determine 
what to be deplayed and what not.
