Hi Carlos,

Yes, you need to create the featureTypes folder in your geoserver data dir and
put the time.ftl in that folder and use the link provided by Miles, it will
prompt you to either save or open the KMZ-Document, click on Open will open up
in Google Earth if you have google earth installed. Another way is from the
GeoServer GUI page, select "Layer Preview" menu and click on "KML" link for you
inet_weu layer. Note, if you configure correctly, click on the "OpenLayers"
link will give you a map similar as in the "Checking the Setup" section. Hope
this help.

Regards,
Florence

Hi Carlos,

Please keep correspondence on the list. If you're having problems with the
tutorials it's best to make it known to the whole list.

I'm pretty sure the URL that in that tutorial is incorrect - kml_reflect isn't
used any more (someone else will be able to tell you for sure). Try this
instead and let us know how you go:

http://localhost:8080/geoserver/wms/kml?layers=inet_weu&legend=true
  localhost:8080/geoserver16Sep/wms/kml?layers=inet_weu:inet_weu
Regards,

Miles
