Sina, we cannot recommend a nightly build for production environments until they have undergone substantial testing.
Our production deployments use geoserver trunk nightly builds: https://www.seegrid.csiro.au/twiki/bin/view/Infosrvices/GeoserverAppSchemaDownloads#Archive_of_the_Computational_Geo The archive is here: http://files.ivec.org/geoserver/geoserver-trunk/ Our deployment team choose a particular nightly build and then test it before deploying it. Because it is only tested for our use-cases, which are very limited compared to the full range of geoserver uses, even the build they choose may not be suitable for your production use.
