Not to be prickly, but the SLD schema states that the order is not relevant for
ColorMapEntry:
<xsd:choice minOccurs="0" maxOccurs="unbounded">
<xsd:element ref="sld:ColorMapEntry"/>
</xsd:choice>
...otherwise it would have been a xsd:sequence, wouldn't it ?
