Hi Wolfgang, your jvm should write a heap dump file.
Look here how to start with analysis.

I have experience with IBM jvms and I am able to analyze IBM heap dumps.

If you cannot find the reason for your problem, download an IBM SDK,  
reproduce the problem and send me the generated heap dump file, file  
extension is "phd".
