If you configure the 'Additional Styles' section on the 'Publishing' tab
when configuring a layer, then the additional styles will be listed in the
WMS GetCapabilities response under that layer. This lets you not only have
a listing of available styles, but have it broken up by which layer the
styles are applicable to.
