Hi, I tested GS 2.1 beta2 Windows installer and noticed that it prompts user to select the Java jre location. Nice, but isn't it still so that Geoserver needs Java jdk and thus this prompt is a bit missleading? I would also suggest to add on the very first page of installation manual http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/installation/index.html a few words about which Java to use. -Jukka Rahkonen-
