You may try with http://gis.otg.gobierno.pr/arcgis/services/Ortofotos/Orthophoto2009_10/MapServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities but the issue I see there is that the server is a WMS 1.3 one and cascading does not work towards a 1.3 one Cheers Andrea ----------------------------------------------------- Ing.
