This tutorial is for formatting the output of a getFeatureInfo request. You 
will get standard output if you don't use it. You should probably try getting 
the popup working first, and focus on the formatting later.

You will need to ask this on the OpenLayers list, but there is nothing wrong 
with your templates if you haven't created any yet; your popup content should 
look similar to that in the openlayers example by default.
