Hi Bartek,
You should be able to get gml 3.2 output from describe feature type by
appending the following parameter to your DFT request:
"&outputformat=text/xml; subtype=gml/3.2"
As for not being listed in the capabilities document you indeed stumbled
upon a bug there. Care to open up a bug report for that?
