That page is only intended for use as part of verifying the installation of
the printing community module[1]. If you don't have geoserver running with
the printing extension installed (or your geoserver is somewhere other than
http://localhost:8080/geoserver/) that page will not work for you.
So, do you have the printing extension installed?
