Hi Santosh,
at present you simply cannot do that in a single request.

However you're lucky, we just got funding to implement filter
functions supporting
exactly that kind of CQL  query, and it should soon be
available as a community module on the trunk nightly build (it will take
a bit longer before it becomes an official extension, not sure when/if
it will become a built-in functionality).
