[Geoserver-users] Beginner: Adding decorations and adding to a website

Dear list

I guess a simple question, I have a map:

http://www.singlegrave.nl:8080/geoserver/wms?REQUEST=GetLegendGraphic&VERSION=1.0.0&FORMAT=image/png&WIDTH=20&HEIGHT=20&LAYER=SGC_World:layers

I have a legend:

http://www.singlegrave.nl:8080/geoserver/wms?REQUEST=GetLegendGraphic&VERSION=1.0.0&FORMAT=image/png&WIDTH=20&HEIGHT=20&LAYER=SGC_World:layers

I cant seem to find any basic informtion for adding things like legends, scale bars, overview map etc

Also a futher question, how do you add this to a website, I know html and basic php, currently i am using an iframe, i know not ideal.
