Hi Djeeraj,

apologize I though you are also running http://129.206.229.158/ server.

The geowebcache running on that server is not properly configured, as
it returns wrong urls (pointing to localhost WMS server). So if you
know person running that GWC you should contact them and tell to fix
it, as i described it in the first email.

Also take notice that you are cascading cached GWC layer, so make sure
that your requests have the same BBOX and dimension as the running GWC
server.
