I am attempting to control when a layer is displayed based on the zoom level
the user has chosen. I believe this must be performed in the SLD file for
the layer to be displayed. Using the MaxScaleDenominator and
MinScaleDenominator tags is not working for me. I am currently using
Natural Earth data, with the 10m_cultural layer for populated places. Any
assistance, examples, tips, or tricks would be appreciated. Thank you for
