Hi Mustafa,

your dataset does not contain any .prj file, which geoserver depends
on when reading projection definition for shp files.

Just create one by hand, and name it the same as shp file (park.prj)
(if you don't have it handy, you can grab one from site such as
http://spatialreference.org/ )
