Nope, we don't. As far as I know 508 was not taken care of during GeoServer development. I'm not an expert, but I'm wondering if GeoServer actually needs to be 508 compliant. The administration interface is not meant to be open to the public, it's a set of admin tools plus a few demos that you can decide, or not, to expose. The real public facing part is the set of OGC services, which really have no GUI, they are just web services, I guess the focus of 508 is on the user interfaces too? That said, really wondering if it's possible to write a GIS front end that does interact properly with screen readers and the like...
