Hi all,

I am currently at a company using geoserver 1.7.5 in combination with
SVG rendering to Internet Explorer 6 using the (end of life) Adobe SVG
engine...

Now, most of you will say, that is indeed a "blast from the past!"

I managed to grab the svg that geoserver returns in a desktop
environment where I cannot even use "view source" in Internet Explorer
6, it shows a pretty plain SVG, containing nothing more then:

<defs ..
    <g fill='.....
       <path d="M411.9487 235.9843 .....

and closes.

It works, the graphics shows up, but I was wondering if geoserver
1.7.5 is capable of providing more details, for instance table
attributes, with the SVG?

Currently we use a wms getfeatureinfo as alternative, but since this
particular geoserver environment is pretty slooow, we are
investigating if it is possible to have attribute data with the
objects after the first (wms getmap type = svg) call.

Any suggestions?
