Unfortunately, I cannot transcribe from the test machine.  When I use 
srsName="4326" in OGC filter:

Java.lang.RuntimeException Could not decode srs '4325' is unknown in

It should be 4326, the Oracle code is not an official one, better not
advertise it
(many clients would not know what to do with it).
Not sure why it's not working for you, there are various
production sites using the GeoServer WFS + Oracle combo with little issues.
Can you share a test database dump and the requests that make it fail?
If so open a bug report on jira.codehaus.org and attach them there
