Yep, I echo Justin's answers. I know for sure that we are gathering more business in the WPS area, so that will definitely grow, but the direction, scope and deepness of the changes is up to what the customer/project of the day needs. During spare time I tend to do "cool" stuff (or bug fixing) that can be done in a relatively short time, that is, tend to do things that I can start and finish in a weekend, so anything longer than 8-16 hours has to wait for a contract to come in, so that I can use work time to face it.
