Not really? Listeners are managed by the web container, GeoServer cannot do anything to prevent them from running. The two steps you need to do, normally, are: - declare the listener in web.xml - make sure the listener class in in WEB-INF/classes (or if it's in a jar, in WEB-INF/lib) - make sure all the libraries that the class depends on are in the classpath as well Besides that, I'd just monitor the jetty logs (not the geoserver ones) for errors Hope this helps Cheers Andrea > thanks > -- > Signed, > Alessandro Ferrucci > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Got Input?
