If prj2epsg.org does not find the srs it likely means the above does
not have an official EPSG code assigned
(at least not in version 7.5).
I looked in the ESRI database too, can't find a transerse mercator
whose central meridian in 78.25 either,
it seems like a custom projection?
I fear you will have to make up your own code and add it to epsg.properties:
