Unfortunately this is not really a supported operation... and was one of
those silly things that was done purely to "tick the box" when implementing
the wfs 1.1 specification. At the moment setting this up involves quite a
bit of hacking of the data, breaking out geometries into a separate table,
and was only ever tested with H2, which is a datastore we really only use
for testing.
