Hi, Using GeoServer 2.0.2. We created a new layer containing only one point object, applying one simple style on it. The calculated extent is trivial. For example: [18.918 : 18.919, 47.327 : 47.327]
When we desired to watch for this layer, the point object was not shown. In the geoserver log we got: ERROR [geoserver.ows] - org.vfny.geoserver.wms.WmsException: The request bounding box has zero area: ReferencedEnvelope[18.918 : 18.919, 47.327 : 47.327] The known drawback is to manually edit the extent with non trivial dimensions. Was this issue known? Could developers take it into account please?
