I am currently investigating the wps module for geoserver
According to the following pdf

• The process is executed, the results stored and registered in the catalog
• Simple to implement,
• Loses all links to the process that generated the data
• Access to the results benefits from spatial indexing, etc
Could anyone please explain to me (in dummy terms) how to start using this?
How user-friendly is the wps module? - How could I possibly use this in my day
to day work?
I would like to maybe test using a buffer process which would then store the
results into geoserver.
