Hello Casper. I have discovered that if i place 'GeoWebCache.xml' in WEB-INF/classes dat GeoWebCache will use these settings.

I haven't gotten anything working, but the last thing I heard was not to use the built in GWC, remove it from Geoserver web-inf and install the full thing. But like I said, I haven't had time to actually try that.
