It seems your login is still not accepted. Yet you are in the developer
group, so you have svn access with that account:
http://xircles.codehaus.org/projects/geoserver/members
Did you use the yjacolin <http://xircles.codehaus.org/users/yjacolin> access
and password?
Alsom I see you are using http instead of https. I may be wrong, but I
believe you have to use the https protocol
instead. See if doing a "svn switch --relocate x y" to use the https
protocol allows you to commit
