Hello,
We (at Camptocamp) had this issue when we worked for the geOrchestra
project. The print module needs to be **authentified with GeoServer. In
geOrchestra we have a security proxy doint this for all our services.
You can have a look in the geOrchestra project [1] but I don't think you
can use any source code in your project and there is no easy way for this.
