Hi, If it is not possible to enhance the image viewer to support LZW compressed tiffs, how about doing the conversion on the client side for example with gdal_translate? I suppose it is possible to make Geoserver to send uncompressed tiffs but what if your client one day wants to use also third-party WCS services which are perhaps also sending some not directly usable format?

We are now required to use WCS getCoverage to get GeoTiff files from GeoServer and then display these GeoTiffs on the map. When I retrieve the GeoTiffs from GeoServer, they are compressed by LZW compression and I am not able to plot these compressed files onto our map. Does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve the GeoTiffs from GeoServer without them being LZW compressed? Or can anyone point me in a good direction to develop a solution? Thank you very much.
