Ciao Stephen,
on GeoServer 2.0 tere is no way to force the CRS for ArcGrid from the UI
like in Geoaserver 2.1.x
However you create a prj file and put it right next to the ArcGrid file,
with te same name and the prj extension and GeoServer sill pick the CRS
from it when you create the store.Aside, ArcGrid files do not contain a
proper definition of the CRS themselves, just check the headers, therefore
GeoServer assumes (on 2,0.x) WGS84. This means that you always have to
supply a proper prj file with the VRS definition for your data.
Regards,
Simone.
