compliant
catalog service (probably GeoNetwork?)
The spec says:
" There are three
mandatory operations to be defined in the Operation Metadata : “Get Service
Metadata” implemented

GetMap WMS operation
and “Link View Service” implemented through the “Discover Metadata”
operation of Discovery Service"
