Thanks Andrea,
Hm, pitty. We will check if we have any capability to help with this, but I am
not sure we have the Geoserver expertise in house yet. This is actually a
problem of one of our external data providers that we depend on…
Seeing that it is classified as a Major issue, and that there is plenty of
people working with the new Virtual OWS, I wonder if there is a way to
encourage – within the new framework of timed releases – the resolution of
Major bug issues. Of course, I understand that depends on goodwill and/or
funding in most cases…

Cheers,
M.

Dear all,
We are encountering the problem discussed before on the list, and reisd as a
bug in

http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/GEOS-4773

After the following discussion:

http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg06938.html

I was wondering whether this bug is planned for resolution in the coming
release or whether it is resolved in trunk?

I may be wrong, but given the issue is still open, I'd say it's not fixed.
There is no real planning or scheduling for jira issues, they are just solved
when someone with enough skills
decides to work on it and provide a patch (or someone without coding skills
decides to sponsor that particular fix).

Cheers
Andrea
