You are having classloading issues, it seems that the json-simple-1.1.jar
file is missing from WEB-INF/lib.
However, I'm not sure why? It seems to be part of the WPS dependencies,
so it should be there...
Your explanation could not be more precise. Indeed, that file is not
WEB-INF/lib. How should it arrive there? I could not find neither in the
Geoserver warfile nor in the WPS plugin as of 2.1.4 and 2.1.x nightly
snapshot.
In the mean time I copied it from my local maven repository and the JSON
export works like a charm, now.
