Hum... 18 minutes? That's a long time. Wondering if there is any test
trying to fetch stuff from
the internet, failing to do so for some reason?
Maybe it's just that this was the very first build and the download for the
geotools jars was taking a lot
of time.
Justin suggestions seem on the mark, just wanted to point out the above,
since that's a build
time that really stands out
