I found the problem, why geowebcache can't serve the tiles from RAM.

My maps are referenced in Gauss-Kruger system and I only converted the maps
into WGS84, without converting the coordinates. Hm, it can be difficult to
understand what i mean: I had GeoTiff maps with a WGS84 reference system,
but the corner coordinates still were Gauss-Kruger!

To solve this, i used following command via script to convert all maps
again:
 gdalwarp -s_srs EPSG:31467 -t_srs EPSG:4326 -of GTiff -co tiled=yes $src
$target

Now there comes the next issue. Every map is warped and the free space is
filled up with black color. When I put all maps together to a layergroup and
preview this, I will see that the maps aren't matching perfectly and there
are the black spaces between each map!
