Hi everyone,

I need to create cased lines with transparent interior as shown in the
picture below. (The dash-offsetted grey double line starting where the
railroad ends and going upwards to the left upper corner.)

In this case there are actually two lines, one for each railroad track.

If it wouldn't be for the transparent interior, this would be easy with two
LineSymbolizers, one making the outer lines and the other making the fill. 

But how can I get the interior transparent in a way that the objects behind
it will be visible (in this case different green-colored fills)?
