one approach I could take is to have the graphic beneath the text - but
for this, I'd need to position a box behind the first letter of the
text, for example by having an AnchorPoint element - but this is not
available in a Graphic element
another option would be to include a graphic element inside the text
(Label element) itself. but this doesn't seem to be an option either.
as a side note, the Graphic element included in a TextSymbolizer doesn't
seem to honor the uom attributo of the TextSymbolizer, but the Size
element will always assume pixels
