I've tried https://github.com/FlorentDotMe/OSM-Styles-for-GeoServer and I
couldn't get those to work with my data.
Off-list I've been mailing with Sjoerd and tried the SLD files from
Osminaboxbut with the same result: I'm missing attributes in my data.
It seems
http://download.geofabrik.de/openstreetmap/europe/netherlands.osm.pbfdoesn't
have all the attributed needed.
I'll try again with the Europe extract and let you know.
