Hi,
I am using an EPSG:3067 based grid set with integrated GWC. Corresponding
geowebcache.xml is on page 3 in document
http://latuviitta.org/documents/JHS_180_laattajako_ja_GeoWebCache.pdf.
Problem is that WMTS GetCapabilities does not advertise WGS84BoundingBox for
these layers as can be seen from the snippet below and ArcMap 10.3 WMTS client
reports this as an error.
