Hi,

I have several layers in Geoserver that I am serving to the public through
download links and I have some layers that are being served through WFS to
the state. We've set up a batch file to automatically move over new
shapefiles and shapefiles that have received changes [Our Parcel layer
changes almost everyday] to the geoserver data directory. The shapefiles are
all linked to layers on Geoserver. My batch file shows that it ran correctly
over the weekend, but I check the files this morning and the link to the
Parcel layer is broken [says something along the lines of cannot find
property]. All of the other layers work correctly. I tried the same changes
on a local instance of Geoserver. [Serving a layer, editing and replacing]
and it worked just fine. What could be causing this error?
