Hi Zsolti, A bug in the Hotine implementation seems to be the source of the problem. Until it is fixed, a usable workaround is to add the EOV transformation parameters as WKT to the epsg_overrides.properties file, changing the projection name in it from Hotine_Oblique_Mercator to Oblique_Mercator.
