The ogr data store is in GeoTools, unsupported land:

You'll have to pick up the proper branch depending on the version of
GeoServer you're using:
master (2.4.x) -> master (10.x)
2.3.x -> 9.x
2.2.x -> 8.x
2.1.x -> 2.7.x
